The TMSi RMA procedure is designed to improve overall handling of service requests and to reduce turnaround time and repair cost for all goods returned to TMSi. For authorization of an RMA request an RMA number is provided by TMSi that serves as an authorization code and communication reference. Please note: the RMA procedure is used for all returned goods, both warranty and non-warranty cases.
